Meet Our Board of Directors At Restoration Through Compassion, Inc. (RTC), our Board of Directors is composed of dedicated professionals who bring diverse expertise, leadership, and a shared commitment to serving the community. Together, they provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight while advancing RTC's mission of restoring lives through compassion, support, and opportunities for new beginnings.
Nivea Price is the Founder and Executive Director of Restoration Through Compassion, Inc. (RTC).
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, a Master of Business Administration, and is commissioned as a State of Michigan Notary Public and a Certified Life Coach.
Passionate about serving others, she founded RTC to restore lives by connecting individuals and families with compassionate support, community resources, and opportunities that inspire hope, healing, and new beginnings.

Renee Conley serves as RTC's Director of Program Development.
She holds a Master of Arts, a School Counselor License (SCL), and is a Licensed Limited Professional Counselor (LLPC). Renee is passionate about developing innovative programs that empower individuals, strengthen families, and expand RTC's impact through education, behavioral health, and community engagement.

Director of Operations & Logistics
Larry Price serves as RTC's Director of Operations & Logistics.
He oversees event logistics, volunteer coordination, transportation, and operational support to help ensure RTC's community events and outreach initiatives are organized, efficient, and impactful. His commitment to teamwork and service helps advance RTC's mission of restoring lives and strengthening communities.

Director of Community Health & Wellness
John O. serves as RTC's Director of Community Health & Wellness. He is a Registered Nurse, holds graduate degrees in Public Health and Nursing, and is the owner of Dominion CPR Services, LLC. John is committed to improving community health through education, wellness initiatives, CPR training, and strategic healthcare partnerships that strengthen the communities RTC serves.
Tamisha Henderson, RMA
Tamisha Henderson serves as Secretary of Restoration Through Compassion, Inc. (RTC). She is a business owner of The Benevolent Life LLC, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), public speaker, HIV awareness advocate, and published author. Tamisha is passionate about education, advocacy, and empowering individuals through compassion, leadership, and community service while supporting RTC's mission and organizational growth.

Director of Community Engagement
Jennifer G. serves as RTC's Director of Community Engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, a Master of Social Work, and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). She is a certified Narcan trainer and has specialized training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. Jennifer is passionate about connecting individuals and families with resources, building meaningful partnerships, and strengthening communities through compassion, collaboration, recovery support, and service.
